After Storm Report from the Acting Director of William Trent House Museum

Happily, Hurricane Irene blew a few small branches from the trees and, the excessive amounts of rain resulted in a small puddle in the basement of the manor house, but that was it.  Rt 29 was closed along with the Route 1 underpass at the foot of William Trent Place due to flooding, so there were massive traffic jams in Trenton on Monday. Thus, we re-opened for tours on Tuesday.

Ms Rhett Pernot

Acting Director

Visit the William Trent House Museum!  Beautifully restored to the 1719 condition.
