Our history is so important.  Museums, events, and other resources that bring our history alive for us is great not only for children, but for adults as well.

There are fewer and fewer people that know how to demonstrate the historical crafts, and I really appreciate people who share those talents.

My friend Joanne Greco posted a video and some photos from this historic festival in Ocala, Florida.  I decided to share her video and do a little research as well.
